At MoustacheMan.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund Policy outlines the conditions and processes for refunds, replacements, and returns.
1. Refund & Replacement Policy
1.1 Eligibility for Returns or Replacements
You may request a refund or replacement if:

The item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect compared to your order.

The product does not match the description or personalization specifications you provided.
To qualify:

Submit a claim within 7 days of delivery.

Provide a clear unboxing video (continuous, from sealed package opening to display of item), which is mandatory for verification. Claims without this video cannot be processed.

Product must be unused, in original condition and packaging (aside from the video opening).
1.2 Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for:

Personalized or custom-printed mugs, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect (with required unboxing proof).

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Products purchased during clearance or promotional offers (excluding cases of verified defects).
1.3 Refund & Replacement Process
To initiate a claim, please:

Send an email to contact@moustacheman.in within 7 days of delivery with:

Your Order Number

A written description of the issue

The unedited unboxing video

If approved, we'll process your request to:

Provide a replacement or correct item, or
-
Issue a refund (minus shipping, except in our error cases).

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval and credited back to the original payment method.
2. Order Cancellations & Undelivered Orders
2.1 Order Cancellations

Allowed only within the first 24 hours from placing the order, before printing has started.

Not allowed once the production or printing process has begun (especially for personalized/custom items).
2.2 Undelivered or Returned Orders
If your order is returned due to your unavailability, wrong address, or refusal to accept delivery:

A ₹99 reshipping fee applies for redelivery.

If you opt to cancel instead of reshipping, ₹99 will be deducted (for shipping), and the remaining amount refunded.
3. Shipping Policy
3.1 Processing Time

Standard (non-personalized) orders: 1–3 business days.

Personalized/custom orders: 3–5 business days, depending on design approval and production time.
3.2 Delivery Timelines

Most deliveries: 4–7 business days depending on location.

Remote areas may require extra time.

Delays due to courier disruptions, weather, or other external factors are beyond our control.
3.3 Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Discounts apply as per promotions (e.g., free shipping on select offers).

For returned or rescheduled deliveries, a ₹99 reshipping fee is applicable.
3.4 Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/message to monitor your delivery.
4. General Disclaimers

Minor color variations due to printing may occur and are not considered defects.

Slight misalignments (1–2 mm) of print are within acceptable margins and not valid for return.

Refunds exclude shipping costs unless our error caused the issue.
